The Clarendon is a 292-unit luxury apartment community designed to attract the influx of young professionals moving to Arlington, Virginia’s most desirable rental market. In addition to programming the building with targeted amenities like a courtyard pool with Japanese meditation garden, and monthly social events like a Xbox/Wii gaming tournament, CRC Property Management created a sophisticated brand for The Clarendon and employed a strategic lease-up that involved cross-promotion with neighborhood coalitions, giveaways at local events, and a corporate outreach program. CRC consistently maintained occupancy rates over 90%, resulting in the subsequent sale and transfer of management services in 2011.

The Clarendon’s win for Best Lease-Up Pace for a Northern Virginia Mid-Rise or High-Rise Apartment Community highlights its attractiveness to today’s renter.
