Potomac Station Apartments provides high-quality, amenitized affordable housing for low- to moderate-income residents in Leesburg, Virginia as part of the Virginia Housing Development Authority's tax credit program. Leasing 80% of the 150 units within its first opening month, we continue to maintain high occupancy rates today, managing maintenance and operations that consistently earn praise from residents. From annual pool parties that draw community-wide participation to a dedicated after-school child care program, we ensure that residents receive the most from their community. Additionally, we have been active in engaging with its residents surrounding the development of an adjacent market square with retail and outdoor space, conducting extensive outreach to determine resident needs.
