El Rancho Verde

ENABLING PATHWAYS TO SELF-SUFFICIENCY FOR LOW-INCOME FAMILIES

When we took over management operations at El Rancho Verde, we saw an opportunity to write a story of progress for struggling low-income families. To do so, we partnered with AACI (Asian Americans for Community Involvement) to offer a robust social program that provides residents with more than just a place to live, but a place to learn and grow. Free, on-site educational resident programming includes computer, ESL, nutrition, and fitness classes, alongside a year-round after school program, RYSE, which provides school-age residents with recreational activities, leadership and social skill development, homework assistance, and a multicultural curriculum taught through arts, crafts, workshops, field trips, and guest speakers. We achieved 99% occupancy, resulting in the subsequent sale and transfer of management services in 2018.

Services provided by CRC Property Management LLC, CRC Property Management West Inc., CRC Asset Management Services LLC, and/or other related companies.

I am a resident at El Rancho Verde, I have lived here for more than ten years. I am currently attending the computer classes here. This class keeps me updated, it keeps me curious and constantly asking questions.

There are classes like ESL. We find English very important to learn to run errands, go to the doctors, and other daily routines.
