Coppermine Run is a 288-unit, affordable apartment community located in Herndon, Virginia near Dulles International Airport, less than two miles from two future metro stations. We handled the repositioning, refreshing, and rebranding of the existing property in 2013, which included the overhaul of all marketing and leasing collateral. We currently manage the 11-building, 15-acre community which includes on-site amenities like an outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, workout facility, barbecue areas, and tot lots. By maintaining curb appeal, building community through low-cost events, soliciting frequent feedback, streamlining preventative maintenance and turnover, and increasing outreach to employers in the area, Coppermine Run has achieved a 98.6% occupancy rate.
